FILE TYPES
Vector art is required for all artwork. Acceptable file formats include:
Adobe Illustrator (.ai)
Encapsulated Post Post Script (.eps)
Portable Document Format (.pdf)
FONTS
All text must be converted to outlines. Outlined fonts ensure no loss in the submitted artwork’s original appearance. Outlined fonts cannot be edited. To outline in Adobe Illustrator, select the text and press:
Mac: Command + Shift + O
PC: Control + Shift + O
SCALE & IMAGES
Keep all files layered. Artwork resolution must be 300 DPI minimum and 600 DPI maximum. Make sure all linked files and images are embedded.
COLOR
All artwork must be in CMYK or PMS format. CMYK or PMS spot colors should be identified on the dielines and to your rep. Black and white artwork must be provided in GRAYSCALE format. RGB, HEX, and HTML colors are not acceptable.
SUBMISSION
Submit artwork to your sales executive via email (< 12MB) or send via WeTransfer.com (< 2GB).
Adjustments to artwork may be necessary to meet standard production guidelines.
